Being Arested

If you are arrested, you are entitled to speak to the Solicitor of your choice either on the telephone or in person. We are available day and night to give advice. When you arrive at the Police Station, you should ask the Custody Sergeant to contact our office or our Out of Hours telephone number. Remember, do not speak to the police about your case until you have spoken to us. You are entitled to have a Solicitor present when you are interviewed. This service is free of charge.
