Gammon, Piercy and Gaiger Solicitors was formed in 2006. The formation followed the amalgamation of the criminal defence teams from Gammon Bell & Co and White & Bowker Solicitors.

The team at White and Bowker Solicitors could trace their roots back to the 1870s and the landmark case of The Tichborne Claimant. Having provided legal services in Hampshire for over 100 years GPG solicitors was formed to specialise in criminal defence work.

In 2016 GPG Solicitors merged with Joseph Darios Solicitors to establish stronger roots and continue to provide specialist representation in Southampton.

GPG are committed to the future of the legal profession and believe that a programme of continued training is an important part of their work. GPG continue to train and develop from within the practice bringing, what GPG believe to be, a shared sense of purpose and instinctive teamwork.

The firm is accredited by the SRA for Continuing Professional Development and currently has lawyers in training.
