If you are arrested, you have the right to speak with a solicitor of your choice, either by phone or in person. At GPG, we understand the importance of having expert legal advice at every step, which is why we are available 24/7, 365 days a year, to provide immediate support.
How to Contact Us:
Upon your arrival at the police station, inform the Custody Sergeant that you wish to speak with our legal team. They can contact us directly, or you can reach us through our dedicated out-of-hours phone number.
Your Rights During Police Interviews:
Remember, do not answer any questions until you have spoken with a solicitor. You are legally entitled to have a solicitor present during any interview. This service is completely free of charge and ensures that your rights are fully protected.
Pre-Arranged Interviews:
